Description
The 2010 OptimisSport Distance Swim Challenge include eight total legs, each at 1.2 to 2.4 miles in length, with the full distance totalling 12.6 miles. The swim will begin in Manhattan Beach heading north, till the FINISH at the Santa Monica Pier. At the end of each leg, participants must swim to the beach and check in with medical staff. Swimmers have many options to particiapate in the Distance Swim Challenge, including:
